My name is Elise Rodriguez. I am the Owner and Director of Beauty for Ashes Transformation Center Inc. and a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist. My passion is you. I have a strong desire to see you walk in freedom and live your best life That’s why I started Beauty for Ashes Transformation Center, to help more people heal and receive the care they deserve.

I too have experienced a lot of what life can throw your way. I have buried loved ones, struggled with depression in the past, experienced trauma, raised four daughters, been married since I was 21 years old to a military spouse, and dealt with drug addiction and alcoholism in my own family. I’ve been through a lot in my life as you can see but I came through it healed, happy, and full of joy. You can too.

I am a certified EMDR therapist, an EMDR Consultant in Training with EMDRIA and the Parnell Institute, and a CAMFT-certified supervisor. My specialty is trauma, depression, anxiety, and life transitions. I’m also trained in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Emotionally Focused Therapy, for couples, therapy for children, and Mindfulness/calming techniques. I believe in healing the whole person, not just the mind. A full life requires healing in the body, soul, and spirit; therefore, I never stop learning. We believe in bringing you the best treatments to help you heal. You are too important.

Healing is a journey. My goal as the owner of Beauty for Ashes Transformation Center is to be there for you as you navigate your healing journey. I believe in raising up therapists who are strong in their skills, put you first, and help you become the best version of who you were created to be.

We are here for you. Call or email today to get started on your journey toward a life filled with joy and peace.

Hello! My name is Sarah Beiruty. I’m an Associate Marriage & Family Therapist. Being a person who lived in multiple countries across the Middle East and the US, I came to develop an interest in working with diverse populations and multicultural communities.

Eventually, I have come to understand the complex nature of mankind and value its diversity. I have also come to strongly believe that no matter where we come from, all humans are the same at the level of the soul; we all long for love, care, understanding, acceptance, and connection.

I specialize in working with individuals with a wide range of mental health challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and parenting. I also have extensive training in Emotionally Focused Therapy and I’m passionate about working with couples to help them rebuild trust, reach new levels
of understanding, and develop healthier and more secure relationships. My therapeutic approach is relaxed, collaborative, and empowering. I modify my treatment approach to meet the unique and diverse needs of my clients.

I believe that experiencing a strong therapeutic relationship is essential to healing. I aim to create a supportive, safe, and non-judgmental space to help my clients reach deeper levels of self-awareness of themselves and their partners. Therapy can be a transformative journey, not just a destination. It’s a place of discovery that helps you renew your connection with yourself and your loved ones. I encourage you to reach out with any questions and look forward to the opportunity of working with you.

Hello! My name is Ana Wheeler and I am an Associate Marriage & Family Therapist. I love this work because of the relationships and connections that are built, and the growth and healing I get to witness in the lives of those I have the honor of working with.

I grew up learning firsthand what it was like to suffer from crippling anxiety and its
impact on my loved ones and my own quality of life. Over time I have learned to look at these experiences with gratitude because of the empathy that grew in me as a result, and that now enables me to understand and help others.

I quickly realized that my love for this kind of work and the relationships I built could not be contained inside the walls of those buildings and the limits of an undergraduate degree and that I wanted to do so much more.

During graduate school, I gained experience working with adults struggling with substance use at Sharp Mesa Vista, and honing my skills as an individual and couples therapist. I have extensive experience working with adolescents, adults and their families to help them navigate recovery from eating disorders. I am trained in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Gottman Therapy for couples and Emotionally Focused Therapy.

I am passionate about finding the strategies that work best for you, and it is my hope
that I will be able to walk alongside you.

I’m excited for you, and would love to be part of your journey!

Hello! My name is Deonte, but most people call me D. I’m a dedicated mental health therapist, and my journey into this field has been deeply influenced by my own experiences with life’s challenges. I’ve faced my own battles with mental health and know what it feels like to struggle with shame, to feel utterly alone, and to believe that no one truly sees or understands you. These experiences have deeply shaped my passion for helping others navigate their paths with curiosity and openness.
I believe that therapy can be an enriching and even enjoyable experience. My goal is to create sessions that not only provide relief but also become a space of connection and meaning. I understand how isolating it can be when you’re struggling, and I work hard to build a trusting, collaborative relationship where you can feel truly seen and heard without judgment.
I specialize in working with a diverse range of mental health challenges, including substance abuse, ADHD in both adults and children, OCD, anxiety, complex trauma, behavioral issues, gender dysphoria, racial trauma, and depression. My approach is structured and evidence-based, yet always tailored to meet your unique needs.
In our sessions, I strive to create a space where you can explore your inner world with curiosity, finding moments of joy and laughter along the way. Therapy, to me, is not just about addressing challenges—it’s about fostering growth, self-awareness, and a deeper connection with yourself and others. Having been in similar situations, I understand the courage it takes to seek help, and I’m here to support you every step of the way.
I invite you to reach out with any questions you may have, and I look forward to the opportunity to support you on your journey.
